Guests Reservations Policy

1-. The mínimum stay reservation is for two consecutive nights (Friday and Saturday).

2-. Please, ask the house owner for further details concerning reservations for long weekends, Christmas holidays, the Holy Week , and summer months (July and August).

3-. To formalize the reservation, 25 % of the payment must be given.

4-. For Safety regulation legislation, a photocopy of the identity card is required of all the guests over 17 years, to include them in the register and refer them to the Guardia Civil.

5-. As a general rule, the check-in will be between 12:00 and 1600, the check-out at 12:00. However, both check in and out times could be modified with the authorisation and consent of the house´s owner.

6-. In case of cancelling the reservation:

The user could cancel the services purchased, having the right to the refund of the previous payment , paying the owner acording to the following conditions.

The amount of the indemnizatioms will be up to what results if we apply the following  percentages to the amount given by the client when making the reservation:

– 50% if the cancellation is made between 7 and 4 days before the check-in day.

– 100% if the cancellation is made 3 days before the check-in day.

7-. If a guest leaves the establishment before the  planned date in the admission sheet, the establishmentś owner will have the right to receive 25% of the  services purchased left to use, except in major cases (force majeure).

8-. All prices include 10% of VAT.
