Dear guests, accepting the reservation and stay in the Rural Housing Rucanon 1 (The Village House) means accepting its inner rules, namely:
1. The rent price and the booking cancellation policy will be published on our web page. Please see prices.
2. As a general rule, the check-in will be between 12:00 and 16:00. The check out before 12:00. The schedule could be modified in favour of the client if possible.
3. Please, inform the owner’s installations about the use of the first aid kit placed in the bathroom in order to restock it.
4. Due to hygiene reasons and to avoid disgusting odours, smoking inside the house is totally prohibited. There are ashtrays in the patio for the butts.
5. Please, take care of the outdor as well as indoor facilities of the house, (household appliances, entertainment facilities, and in general, all the household goods).
6. For safety reasons, keep children away from all those goods that may cause harm to them (such as cleaning supplies, windows,etc,.), as well as watching the correct use of the furniture and other goods.
7. In order to offer the best service to the clients,please, when leaving the establishment, all the towels, set of linen and household goods should be left in their places.
8. Please, tell the owner any break or damage caused to the facilities (tools, household applies or furniture). In this case, the expense incurred will be discounted of the deposit. If the expense is more, it should be totally paid .
9. No pets are allowed in the Rural House
10. Since the residence is rented as a whole, it will be cleaned according to the days rented, and it will be the responsibility of the guests to clean it for periods of more than 6 days.
11. Wifi Internet access password will be provided when the guest arrived and placed in all the rooms.
12. In order to attend the guests´ concerns and problems, the owner´s phone number is at their disposal (may be found in the kitchen and on the web page).
13-. The Wi-Fi service is limited, both in use, in speed, and in bandwidth. Its use is only as a courtesy for customers. The activity is monitored in accordance with the Law.
